It is always recommended to have a licensed plumber do all installation work, not only for quality assurance but to prevent warranty issues later.

If youre replacing a prior ice machine, it is important to install a new inlet and drain system, and not to reuse the old one.

This kit is only good for Scotsman and Manitowoc Commercial Ice Machines and, unfortunately, will not work on residential units.
